At Aarthi Scans and Labs, we strongly believe that the cost of diagnosing a disease should never push a patient into financial hardship or make their treatment unaffordable. Unfortunately, the high cost of diagnostic services across the country often leads to delayed diagnoses, unaffordable tests, and limited access to advanced facilities leaving millions vulnerable.
Our vision is simple yet powerful; no one should suffer because a diagnosis is out of reach. To make this a reality, we have consistently kept our pricing 50–60% lower than the industry average, especially for essential services like MRI, CT, and blood tests. We also provide reduced pricing during night hours, further easing access for patients.
Over the last 36 years, it has been the trust of our patients, their word of mouth, and our unwavering commitment to delivering advanced, compassionate diagnostics that have helped us scale and sustain this model. By combining exceptional diagnostic capabilities with affordability, we continue to fight for a healthcare system where early, accurate diagnosis is accessible to all.
At Aarthi Scans and Labs, affordability is at the heart of our vision:“The cost to diagnose a disease should not make a patient poor, that their treatment becomes unaffordable.” Guided by this principle, we have priced our scans and blood tests 50–60% lower than the market rate, without compromising on quality or accuracy.
We achieve this through:

Serving a large patient base allows us to keep costs low and pass on the benefit directly to patients.

Automation and digital workflows reduce manual work in reporting, improving speed while cutting costs.

Our leadership operates with in-depth knowledge of local needs, ensuring effective and cost-conscious operations.

We invest wisely in facilities and real estate, avoiding unnecessary overheads.

Every rupee is spent with care, prioritizing patient benefit over extravagance.

We ensure that our savings is passed directly to the patients instead of intermediaries.

A CT Renal Angiogram provides clear images of the kidney blood vessels to detect narrowing or blockages. The scan takes about 15–20 minutes, with the report ready in 6 hours. The cost is ₹6,000, and while radiation exposure is moderate, it is carefully regulated and safe for diagnostic use.
A CT Renal Angiogram Scan, also known as CAT scan or computed tomography image, is the medical imaging of the blood vessels both in and around the kidneys. A combination of X-rays and a specialized CT console creates and processes clear images of these blood vessels. For visualization purposes, a contrast dye is injected into the patient’s vein that travels to the renal arteries and shows up on the CT scan.
This scan aids in diagnostic accuracy by providing a cross-sectional view of the kidney blood vessels in thin slices. These slices make medical assessment easier, convenient, and effective in tracking subtle abnormalities within the structures. A CT Renal Angiogram Scan is far more advanced than a conventional x-ray and detects renal artery stenosis, aneurysms, and blockages.
A CT Renal Angiogram is done to visualize the arteries supplying the kidneys. It helps identify renal artery stenosis (narrowing), aneurysms, or blood clots, which can lead to high blood pressure or kidney dysfunction. This scan provides precise mapping of renal circulation before surgical or interventional procedures.
Before your CT Renal Angiogram, our radiology team will review your medical history, kidney function, and any existing conditions to ensure the procedure is safe for you. Since this test involves a contrast dye injection, you’ll be asked about any allergies (especially to iodine or contrast agents) and any medications you’re currently taking. A blood test to assess kidney function may be required beforehand to confirm your body can safely process the dye. You might also be asked to fast for 4–6 hours prior to the scan. Before the procedure begins, you’ll need to remove jewelry, watches, or other metallic objects that could interfere with the imaging. Our staff will explain the steps clearly, ensure you’re comfortable, and address any concerns before the scan starts.
During the procedure, you’ll lie on a motorized CT scan table that moves through the circular opening of the scanner. A small intravenous (IV) line will be inserted in your arm to deliver the contrast dye, which helps highlight the renal arteries and surrounding blood vessels clearly on the images. When the contrast is injected, you may briefly feel a warm sensation or metallic taste, which is completely normal and fades quickly. The scanner will then capture high-resolution cross-sectional images of your kidneys and their blood supply. You’ll be asked to stay still and occasionally hold your breath for a few seconds to prevent motion blur. The entire process is painless and typically takes 15–20 minutes. Throughout the procedure, the technologist will communicate with you and monitor your comfort.
After the scan, you’ll be observed briefly to ensure you feel well, especially if contrast dye was used. You can usually resume normal activities immediately unless otherwise advised by your doctor. It’s important to drink plenty of water for the next 24 hours to help your kidneys flush out the contrast dye from your system. Most patients experience no side effects, though mild bruising at the injection site or a temporary warm sensation may occur. The images captured during your scan will be carefully reviewed by a specialist radiologist, who will assess the renal arteries for narrowing, blockages, or abnormalities. A detailed report will then be shared with your referring doctor, who will discuss the findings and guide you on further management if required.

I took my mom for CECT full abdominal scan today. The senior technician (forgot the name) was very professional and dedicated. The procedure required my mom to hold the breathe for few seconds which she couldn’t do and scan was not done today. But the technician tried his best and comforted my mom. A big thanks for his support. Hopefully next time, she will be able to go through this. I really appreciate his efforts. Pricing and facilities are always good here. Reports are accurate.
